Our company has launched a comprehensive project including the construction of 120 residential units and 12 shops in Beycuma Town, Central District of Zonguldak Province, as well as 63 residential units within the boundaries of Karaman Municipality. The project is carried out by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) and officially commenced on October 2, 2023, with a contract value of 233 million TL.
The project aims to contribute to the region’s economic and social development by constructing modern living spaces, sustainable infrastructure solutions, and contemporary commercial areas. Our company continues its mission to build safe, high-quality, and environmentally friendly structures.
Upon completion, the housing projects in Zonguldak’s Beycuma Town and Karaman will offer contemporary urban living in line with modern city planning principles.
