TEKON Yapı has undertaken the construction of 517 residential units and 20 commercial units, along with infrastructure and landscaping works, in Camiikebir Neighborhood, Seferihisar District, İzmir Province. The project is carried out by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Housing Development Administration (TOKİ).
The aim of the project is to raise living standards in the region, create modern residential areas, and provide sustainable infrastructure services.
