TEKON Yapı took part in the projects carried out by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), undertaking the construction of 456 housing units along with infrastructure and landscaping works in Bademli Neighborhood, Nurdağı District, Gaziantep Province. This project aims to create modern and sustainable living spaces, addressing the infrastructure needs of the region and enhancing the quality of life through a comprehensive development approach. The total tender value of the project is 777 million TRY, and it started on August 3, 2023.
