TEKON Yapı is implementing the construction of 369 residential units and 2 kiosks, along with infrastructure and landscaping works, within the scope of the 2nd Phase Urban Transformation and Development Project in the Üzülmez TTK Housing and surrounding area, Central District of Zonguldak Province. The project is carried out by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) and commenced on October 21, 2022. The contract value is set at 426 million TL.
