TEKON Yapı is implementing the construction of 376 residential units, a commercial center with 4 shops, and a mosque, along with infrastructure and landscaping works in Karaçurun Neighborhood, Hilvan District, Şanlıurfa Province. The project is carried out by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), and commenced on September 23, 2024. The contract value is set at 832 million TL.
