Description:
The shared usage facility will be a single building consisting of three blocks (A, B, and C) with a total area of 3,167 m², as outlined below:
Block A: Reinforced concrete structure, 1,261 m² area, three floors, includes metal analysis laboratory, administrative functions, furniture workshop section, and automatic fault detection center.
Block B: Reinforced concrete structure, 1,312 m² area, two floors, includes open and closed spaces for mechanical rooms, furniture workshop, and furniture painting workshop.
Block C: Prefabricated structure, 594 m² area, single floor, consists of a machine workshop.
