The building, consisting of a basement, ground floor, and three additional floors, has a total area of 8,580.00 m².
The Artvin-Hopa 50-Bed State Hospital will be constructed in accordance with the Earthquake, Fire, and Shelter Regulations and the Ministry of Health’s concept. The building will be externally insulated with rock wool and will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including Emergency, Polyclinic, Operating Room, Intensive Care, and Maternity services.
